• Gift rentals: if a realtor or someone else buys a rental for you, they give us your name and email so we can send your gift.

We use your information to process bookings, deliver and pick up bins, send order updates, answer questions, handle extensions and any fees under our Rental Terms, and improve our service.

We keep booking records as long as needed to provide the service and meet tax and accounting requirements. Delivery photos are kept until any questions about your rental are resolved.
